Beep Beep Q Bangkok Lane

Baby you can drive my car, and maybe I love you. Beep beep beep beep yeah!
That was the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw this Beetle.
Just in case you didn't know, the lyrics were from 'Drive My Car' by The Beatles.
WAIT, was that a coincidence or what?
Anyway,
Located in Bangkok Lane, the restaurant is adorned with various auto parts and accessories.
Pretty impressive, and they're all original,
including the front part of Beetle that's hang high up at the entrance.
The man behind the wheel(the owner) is obviously a car lover who collects
car-related knick-knacks everywhere he goes.
But of course, we're not here to chomp on any steering wheels.
Beep Beep Q serves a wide array of barbecue items that are made-to-order.
You can go for ala carte if you're a small eater, but at only RM60nett,
you can order unlimited vege, meat and seafood you want!
Most importantly, they do the barbecuing, you do the eating.
Buffet comes with unlimited salad, homemade mashed potatoes and soup of the day too.
They served onion celery soup that night, I gulped down at least 4 bowls.
No pictures of mashed potatoes nor soup as the photos I took was unbearably ugly.
Mix Grilled Vege - Carrot, asparagus, crispy yam, broccoli, eggplant, zucchini and sweet corn
Started our meal with some colorful fibres before we hentam other sinful dishes.
Love that they serve zucchini and yam, which were usually not found in other bbq restaurants.
Wild Mushroom
Bacon Wrapped with Enoki Mushroom
Wild mushroom was a simple yet delicious one, chewy with pepper, salt and spices.
Bite-sized juicy enoki burst in crispy strip bacons, mm mm mm!
Grilled Squid
Grilled Prawn
Grilled Fish
Cater to the seafood lovers, grilled squid was marinated with Japanese shoyu and ginger,
giving it a slight sourish twist. The prawn may seemed nothing to shout about, until you dip it
with their homemade garlic, chili padi and lemon sauce. The dip was the bomb!
Grilled dory was soft and fragrant with garlic butter sauce and herbs.
Barbeque Lamb Shoulder
Grilled Chicken Thigh
Spicy Chicken Wing
Sirloin Steak
Porkloin Chop
Jumbo Sausage and Black Pepper Sausage
Fellow carnivores would go gaga over their choice of meat.
Love love love the lamb shoulder and the chicken wings!
Lamb shoulder was juicy and tender with their homemade barbecue sauce
while chicken wings were perfectly seasoned with assorted herbs.
I was chanting 'more chicken wings... more chicken wings...' but that didn't work.
Thai Style Fish(pre-order) [RM30]
Steamed Thai style fish was fragrant with lemongrass, eat together with
the dip I mentioned earlier for extra lip-smacking kick.
Do note that ala carte menu is available on Monday to Thursday only.
 Grilled Mango and Banana
Sweet Potato
For sweet ending, go for their grilled mango and banana drizzled with sweet honey sauce.
Or you can end your meal like a Korean, with one or two grilled sweet potatoes.

Yes, you can eat all that(and more than that) at only RM60nett per adult!
Children from 6 to 12 year old eats at RM30nett each.
Before you leave, don't forget to lose your heart to this super adorable pup at the back!
Huge thanks to Beep Beep Q for the satisfying treat and allowing us to play with Snowy!
