Marks & Spencer Penang Gurney Plaza

Marks & Spencer, the iconic British retail brand has made its way to Penang!
The store is also the first in Malaysia to feature the retailer's new look womenswear
department designed to showcase the latest fashion collections,
providing an improved navigation and more outfit inspiration.
I recalled I went gaga over the food they offer when I first stepped into
their store in KL. Since then, I would always drop by to get candies and cookies
for ma family and friends whenever I made a trip to KL.
The official launch on 5th January; Sivaji asked me to take a group photo of them
but didn't look into my camera... #ylidat
Elaine Daly hosted the launch, first time seeing her in real life.
She's absolutely glowing with the bump!
Ribbon-cutting ceremony and lion dance performance. From left,
M&S general manager Stephanie Chang, British Deputy High Commissioner Paul Rennie
and M&S regional director of Asia Bruce Findlay.
We were then treated to a fashion show of their latest women and menswear collections.
That sweet smile must have melted countless hearts!
My heart skipped a beat. Too hot, hot damn!
This one looks like the young Professor Xavier!
I tried so hard to contain myself, too many prince charming all at once!
Swooning, swooning, swooning
Even my camera chose to focus on him
And that's a wrap! Spot Professor X's flirty smirk.
To be honest, I have only shopped at their food hall for all the yummy munchies.
It was my first time checking out their clothes and I was pretty impressed!

Of all series, Indigo Collection is ma favorite especially this beanie!
They have lingerie as well, bought some home and the quality is superb!
Skin care collections with sweet and elegant packaging.
And finally, FOOD!
The 250sqm Food Hall offers over 600 products including British tea time favorites such as shortbread, jams, marmalade and English Breakfast tea. Wide selection of cookies,
ginger snaps, blueberry, raspberry puffs(ma favorite!) and savoury snacks are available.
Prepare lotsa money if you have problem deciding which to buy.
My advice is that you buy everything.

Huge thanks to Marks & Spencer and Derek for inviting!
I had fun, especially(obviously) swooning over the male models.
