Miam Miam Gurney Paragon

Miam Miam means Yum Yum in French.
Mood-lifting, vibrant and classy interior with a touch of izakaya style(especially the counter),
this French-Japanese fusion restaurant has much to offer.
The menu is nicely done as the food looks appetizing with interesting copy writing.
Despite their popularity since opening last year, it was my first time dining here.
Guess I can't call myself a food blogger anymore.
Well I blame the crazy crowd that flooded the place which lasted for months.
I don't like queuing for food, don't think anybody does.
Anyway, I've got great companions that night.
These two crazy adorable girls who never failed to make me laugh and
dee who would kill me if I upload her photo here.
Look at that cheeky girl peeking and posing for me.
 My you-better-get-my-order-right face.
Don't worry, no animals were harmed during the making of this shot.
Iced Matcha Latte with Softee [RM12.80]
Strong matcha flavor and you gotta love the softee on top!
The latte alone is nice but the softee is like the icing on the cake.
Hot Matcha Latte [RM10.80]
Creamier and milkier compared to the iced one.
Hot Chocolate with Marshmallow [RM8.80]
The colorful marshmallow kinda ruin the drink a bit, but they made Karen the gnome very happy.
She said they're sho pretty. Maybe I'm just too old for this.
Clam Chowder Soup [RM11]
Creamy, nothing much to shout about.
Oven Baked Tomato Cream "Omu" Rice with Shrimp and Mozzarella [RM26.80]
Brain! Brain!! Oh no it's just the omelette.
Sheryn the brain surgeon, the smell of cheese that oozes while she was
dissecting the 'brain' resulted in this face. She has all sorts of dramatic faces,
she even named her own expression. Read her blog here.
Anyway, never judge a dish by a person's facial expression.
Cause this omu rice turned out to be really good.

Souffle Au Curry [RM28.80]
Such pretty presentation!
Japanese curry rice sleeping in the fluffy puff. Love the sticky and fragrant rice!
Sad to say, personally think the souffle is too cloying. We ended up scooping up all the souffle into a plate.
Famous French Toast [RM16.80]
Finally! Have been wanting to try this since forever.
Thick toast topped with whipped cream, not ice-cream and drizzled with maple syrup.
The portion is kinda big, good for sharing.
Mango & Kiwi Souffle Pancake [RM19.80]
Nothing much to shout about but thumbs-up to the homemade soft ice-cream!
Valrhona Chocolate Souffle [RM18.80]
This is a must-try! Soft souffle that oozes thick, hot chocolate.
If you're not a chocolate lover, don't worry cause they have matcha and vanilla flavors.
A picture at this sweet hearty bench is mandatory!
Thank you girls for spending the night and most importantly, paying for me.
